Here’s everything you need to know about creating stories, using your subscription, and making the most of Kibbi.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes! You can switch between plans whenever you like. Whether you want to create more stories or scale back for a while, you’re free to upgrade or downgrade at any time—no hassle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime during the 7-day trial or afterward—no questions asked. If you cancel before your trial ends, you won’t be charged. It’s completely up to you, and you can come back anytime you're ready to create more stories.
Can I still access my books after I cancel?
Yes! Any books you’ve already created are yours to keep. You’ll still be able to view and listen to them even after canceling your subscription—you just won’t be able to create new ones unless you resubscribe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We securely process all payments through Stripe, and accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.
How does Kibbi work?
Just answer a few quick questions based on your child’s age, name, and interests—and Kibbi creates a personalized storybook complete with custom illustrations and an audiobook. You can edit the story or let your child help shape it with their voice. Then, we bring it all to life in minutes!
What ages is Kibbi for?
Kibbi is designed for children ages 0–8, with stories tailored to three developmental stages:
0–3: First words, rhythm, and sensory-rich stories
3–5: Rhyme, repetition, and simple storytelling
6–8: Richer plots, early reading support, and interactive themes
What’s included in each book?
Each Kibbi story includes:

Can I make changes to the story?
Absolutely! Before your story is finalized, you can edit the text, adjust your input, and preview the draft. It’s your child’s story, your way.
Can my child speak the story out loud?
Yes! Kids can use their voice to help create the story. We turn their spoken ideas into written words, then build a story around them—with matching pictures and audio.
Can I download or print the book?
Coming soon! You’ll soon be able to download or print your child’s storybook to keep forever. (Digital versions with audio are included now.)
