1. Accounts, Age Requirements & Child Profiles
Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older may create a Kibbi.ai account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult acting on behalf of a minor child.
After creating an account, you may set up child profiles by entering your child’s age. These profiles allow Kibbi.ai to personalize content for different developmental stages. Children may participate in story creation under your supervision, but they may not create or manage their own accounts.
We do not permit children under 13 to access the platform independently. All interaction by children must occur through a parent or guardian's account.
2. AI-Generated Content
Kibbi.ai uses third-party AI technologies to generate content including text, images, and narration. While we strive for quality and safety, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected results.
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing all output before use or distribution,
- Ensuring that generated content is suitable for your intended audience,
- Complying with all applicable laws, especially in the context of content created for or by minors.
Kibbi.ai makes no warranties regarding the factual accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated output.
3. Content Ownership and Licensing
Subject to these Terms, you retain all rights to the content you lawfully create using Kibbi.ai, including any AI-generated text, images, or audio, provided such content does not infringe on the rights of others.
By using Kibbi.ai, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use anonymized and aggregated data (including content and usage patterns) solely to:
- Improve our services,
- Train machine learning models,
- Conduct internal research and development.
4. User-Submitted Input
You are solely responsible for any input, prompts, or other content you submit to Kibbi.ai. You agree not to use the platform to:

6. Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance
Kibbi.ai complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar global regulations.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent.
- All interaction with the platform by children under 13 must occur through a parent or guardian account.
- We collect minimal child data (such as age range) only to provide age-appropriate experiences.
If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without proper consent, we will delete it promptly.
7. User Conduct and Platform Safety
You agree not to:
